SMART Window Sill Installation System

The SMART system allows for the installation of the window sill at the very end of the project, solving many practical problems that investors have faced until now.

Installing the window sill at an early stage of the project always involved risk. Dirt during construction work was the norm, and there was often damage requiring replacement. The replacement itself was also a complicated operation, often leading to facade damage. Thanks to the SMART system, this is now a thing of the past.

SMART is a patented system for installing steel and aluminum window sills that eliminates the fixed connection between the sills and the facade. The space for installing the window sill is prepared during window installation. The operation includes effective drainage and sealing, and the window sill is put in place only at the end of the project.

It is not even necessary to measure the window opening on the construction site, as the window sill is always 10–15 mm narrower than the window, and the size tolerance in the SMART system is up to 20 mm.

The window sill will not be damaged during construction, its installation is quick and simple, and any replacement will not damage the facade, allowing for easy replacement, for example, after painting the facade a different color.
