The Locinox company has developed the Activ-Thermal-System - active temperature adaptation system, thanks to which the gate closer works at a similar time regardless of the ambient temperature. The piston is made of an intelligent plastic that contracts faster than the working fluid. When the oil becomes more viscous at lower temperatures, the piston contracts, allowing additional flow around and counteracting the slower effect of the door closer.
Durable cover in many colours
Locinox door closers have a cover made of anodized powder coated aluminum, which protects it against the negative effects of weather conditions. This provides protection against wind, dust and water. The mechanism is additionally secured by axial seals, guaranteeing long operation over the years of use of the wicket.
