We were the best at the BUDMA 2023 trade fair!

At the BUDMA 2023 trade fair, which ended a few days ago, we received as many as three awards, including the Golden Acanthus statuette for the best-designed and built stand and the MTP Group Gold Medal for the COR Vision aluminium sliding door system.

Preparing a company's presence at a trade expo is a huge undertaking involving many people. "We work according to the schedule, and after returning from the fair, we wrap it up, draw conclusions, and proceed to prepare the next edition. This is a big challenge, so we are all the more pleased that our work has been recognized and appreciated," says Marzena Bauerek, Head of the Marketing Department at Eko-Okna.

The best stand

Our stand, which won the Golden Acanthus statuette, had an area of over 300 sqft and was shaped like a house. Its simple form with a gabled roof is a natural symbol of the building and aligns with current trends. The award is designed to reward the best architectural and graphic solutions, and its winners are the companies that best illustrate their vision for their stand in conjunction with their marketing strategy.

"The stand should reflect the philosophy of our company, and be a marketing and advertising <<product>>. At the same time, it must be functional and recognize the needs of visitors and those who attend guests. All this must be included when working on the design," explains Edyta Łukasik-Ćmil, the designer and author of the winning stand design.

Gold medal of the fair

One of our top products has won the MTP Group Gold Medal. The winner of this award was the COR Vision aluminium sliding door system, which has no equal in terms of thermal performance and glazing size. The distinguishing feature of this product is the use of very slender profiles, which account for only 9–14% of the entire structure.

Customers appreciate the advantages of aluminium products on an everyday basis. "Aluminium windows are eagerly used in modern construction and are becoming increasingly popular. In awarding the MTP Group Gold Medal, the competition jury distinguished our product, recognizing its modernity, reliability, and functionality," says Kinga Redel, Aluminium Products Specialist.

An exceptional anniversary

The presence at the expo in Poznań was an opportunity to start celebrating an anniversary that will last through 2023. We are celebrating our 25th anniversary. "A lot has changed since then, but one thing has remained constant. The company has always focused on high quality backed by research and timeless design," says Michal Maciejewski, Managing Director of the Sales and Purchasing Department.

Visitors to the stand were greeted by a large commemorative logo of Eko-Okna surrounded by balloons, and many warm wishes were expressed in conversations. The BUDMA fair organisers presented representatives of our company with a special award with congratulations and wishes on the anniversary.
